To make a booking request to use Hampton-in-Arden Astro Turf facility:
Click on the link to the "Pitch Bookings Calendar".
Look for the date you are interested in booking and click on the Blue + in the box associated with this date.
Register as a New User.
After registering, you will receive an email to confirm your email address. It is from Hallmaster with a subject of "Hampton-in-Arden Astro Pitch - Hallmaster Email verification". You need to confirm this otherwise you will not receive an email from the system accepting or denying your request.
Complete the details of your booking request:
whether you want one or both halves of the pitch,
what your group name is,
dates and times you would like,
and a description of what you intend to use the pitch for.
Do not worry about the Additional (Line) Items - it is a system generated field. There are no admin fees for booking the Astro.
Click Save - this sends your request to the Trust who will respond generally within 48 hours or less.
